Buoylog (the "Service") automatically turns your GitHub pull requests into release notes. By using the Service, you agree to the following terms.
You sign in to the Service with your GitHub account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all sales; invoices are issued by Paddle and your payment details are processed directly by them. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period and can be canceled anytime from your account settings.
You may not use the Service to produce unlawful content, infringe on others' intellectual property, or in any way that damages the Service's infrastructure.
Your repository's code and content remain yours. Buoylog only processes PR titles and descriptions to generate release notes and never uses or shares them for any other purpose.
The Service is provided "as is." You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated release note drafts before publishing them. Buoylog is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you at your registered email address of any material changes.
