Every public changelog page with at least one published release shows an "Ask this changelog a question" box. A reader can type something like "did you fix the export bug?" and get a plain-English answer.
The answer is generated from that project's own published, Public-visibility entries only, up to the last 300 across its 100 most recent releases, never from Internal-only entries and never made up. If the answer isn't in your changelog, it says so instead of guessing.
This is on by default for every project, no setup required. Each visitor is limited to a small number of questions per day to keep it from being abused.
